We are seeking kind, caring, nurturing Nursery Practitioners to join our family feel team at our Dover setting.
We are ideally looking for staff qualified to Level 3 in Early Years Childcare or someone willing to gain the qualification in house via an apprenticeship.
The Role:
To support children in early years.
Able to encourage learning and development, through play
Observe children's progress and keep records to share with parents and staff
Assist in management of children in a nursery setting
Requirements:
Relevant Level 3 or higher in Early Years Childcare qualification or willingness to undertake an apprenticeship and gain your Level 3 qualification.
Experience of SEN
Excellent communication skills.
Team player.
A love for inspiring young minds.
Hours:Full time / part time hours are available. We are term time only with the option to be paid pro rata.
Salary: Based on qualifications and experience.
