Sonic Summary

My client is seeking 5 Groundworkers for a major residential project in Dover, Kent.
The role involves external works such as slabbing and kerbing, with a pay rate of £20 per hour.
Candidates should have the necessary CITB qualifications, including a CSCS Card, and experience in similar schemes is preferred.
The contract is freelance, starting ASAP, and is expected to last for 3 months.
Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this position.

My client is looking for 5x Groundworkers to help on their major residential project. External works e.g. slabbing/kerbing based in Dover, Kent.

The project:

A traditional build development of 42x new homes. Consisting of houses (semi detached and detached) and apartments.

The role:

Your role will involve but not be limited to:

Clearing and preparing a construction siteSetting up and taking down the site facilities, such as barriers, signs, huts, etc.
Following health and safety procedures
Operating plant machinery for excavation or earthmoving tasks
Laying concrete, kerbs, flagstones, and paving for the site

About you:

Have the correct CITB qualifications for the position (CSCS Card, ECS, EMS, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)
Experience working on a similar scheme would be preferable, but not essential
Strong organisational and time management skills
