My client is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join their Conveyancing department.This is a fantastic chance for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to independently handle residential property transactions from start to finish.Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, overseeing the process from instruction to post-completion.
Deliver clear, expert legal advice to clients while maintaining exceptional communication through various channels.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless progress on transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, third parties, and industry contacts to support business growth.
Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
Handle applications to the Land Registry and address requisitions efficiently
