With continuous growth in visitors and offerings, they’re now looking for a passionate and experienced Operational Events Manager to take charge and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Operational Events Manager, you’ll lead a multifaceted team to ensure that both daily operations and events run seamlessly. Your role will include:
- Restaurant Management: Overseeing customer satisfaction, stock control, and daily service
- Team Leadership: Staff management, HR, and comprehensive training programs
- Event Planning & Execution: Managing weddings, corporate events, and special gatherings, from pre-event setup to day-of coordination
- Collaboration with Marketing: Working closely with the marketing team to drive promotions and increase visitor engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in management within the food and beverage industry, ideally in a hotel, restaurant, or events setting
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills and proven team management abilities
- Customer-First Focus: A commitment to exceeding guest expectations and building relationships for repeat business
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by the events calendar
