Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Aylesham, Kent
Salary: £24,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm
Role Summary:
You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that all warehouse processes are carried out in accordance with company guidelines and safety standards.

Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:
- Receive and book in incoming goods.
- Reconcile goods delivered against delivery notes.
- Conduct quality checks.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Palletise goods for safe transportation and arrange collections as needed.
- Despatch orders in a timely manner.
- Use of forklifts to unload and move goods.
Experience and skills required for this position:
- Must have a full UK Drivers Licence.
- Must have a valid counterbalance licence.
- The ability to lift up to 25kg.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is essential.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
