Job title: Warehouse Operative with counterbalance licence
Location: Aylesham
Pay rate: £11.88
Contract: Temporary position for 3 months

Hours: Monday to Friday, alternating shift pattern, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm

- Responsibility for location of stock receipts into the warehouse after ensuring that the paperwork and goods are correct, raising any discrepancies to the Team Leaders and Managers.
- Responsibility for picking goods from stock as and when required as directed by the Team Leaders or Managers.
- Operation of mechanical handling equipment (Counterbalance, Pivot, Reach and Pedestrian pallet trucks) to move pallets around the warehouse in order to meet business needs.
- Inspection of the trailer prior to loading goods, to ensure that the vehicle adheres to cleanliness and hygiene standards to transport goods and to sign load sheet to confirm vehicle and goods have been checked.
- To ensure that goods are loaded and unloaded as directed by the Team Leader or Manager ensuring that goods are correct and not damaged.
- To perform stock movements as required in accordance with the Company's procedures.
Can you demonstrate the following qualities…
- Must have a valid counterbalance licence.
- Previous warehouse experienced required.
- Safety boots required.
