Hays recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customs Clerk for our client based in Dover. This is a full-time permanent position starting asap.
4 days on 4 days off7pm till 7am£30,000 per yearDuties:- Preparation and processing of Import & Export Customs declarations.- Customs import/export entry checking.- Liaise with customers.- Deal with Customs queries.- Maintain data integrity.- Ensure that the company is fully compliant.- Support and advise customers.- Interact with customers, both face-to-face or by telephone/email in a professional and courteous manner.Experience- Previous customs clerk experience.- Previous use of customs software.- Good understanding of customs clearance requirements.- Experience of road transport / haulage.If you are interested in this role, please call James on or email me your CV Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
