PSM Recruitment are looking for Pastoral Leaders to work in a local school in Dover.

The successful applicants will exercise day to day operational responsibility for the efficient and effective running of the allocated House, ensuring that the welfare and needs of students are catered for. The House Pastoral Leader is a key member of the House Pastoral Team and is expected to make a full and appropriate contribution to the development of policies and practice which support the pastoral care and well-being of students. You will be required to start as early as 7am in the morning and finish as late as 10pm in the evening on a rolling shift rota that DOES include weekends. The hours are 36.3 hours per week and you must work 34 weeks of the year.

This role includes cleaning of the house, supervision of the Children, communicating with parents and many other duties.

Salary 23406 pro rata 17660 based on 40 weeks
