Exciting Opportunity with Shorterm Group!Shorterm Group is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Site Agent to join a leading Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Company with a large contract based in the port of dover.Key Responsibilities:* Manage a team of up to 9, overseeing Mainly minor maintenance work with a few large-scale engineering projects.* Deliver 70% of work in-house, focusing on self-delivered tasks.* Ensure the completion of tasks in line with project requirements and deadlines.* Oversee the execution of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and maintain high standards of site safety and quality.Key Requirements:* HEC Professional Qualification essential.* Proven experience in RAMS, writing Method Statements, and creating ITPs.* Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team and liaise with the client. * Experience in managing minor works as part of a 4-year maintenance contract.Benefits: - Company Car/ Car Allowance.- Pension can be matched up to 7%.- Private medical.- 25 Days annual leave.
