Shorterm Group is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Site Agent to join a leading Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Company with a large contract based in the port of dover.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of up to 9, overseeing Mainly minor maintenance work with a few large-scale engineering projects.
* Deliver 70% of work in-house, focusing on self-delivered tasks.
* Ensure the completion of tasks in line with project requirements and deadlines.
* Oversee the execution of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and maintain high standards of site safety and quality.
Key Requirements:
* HEC Professional Qualification essential.
* Proven experience in RAMS, writing Method Statements, and creating ITPs.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team and liaise with the client.
* Experience in managing minor works as part of a 4-year maintenance contract.
