Vision for Education are working closely with a Primary School in Dover who currently have a vacancy for a Teaching Assistant to join their team.  You will be supporting the Early years and KS1 classes, you also may be required to cover breaktimes when needed. This is a fulltime role and is due to start ASAP. The school are looking for someone who has had experience supporting the EYFS and KS1 classes, proactive, approachable and exceptional communication skills.

Requirements for Teaching Assistant:

  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent NVQ Level 2
  • Experience working in a primary school setting
  • Approachable and flexible
  • Experience running phonic interventions
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum and KS1

This Primary School is located in a popular village in Dover. The school has a lot to offer such as an onsite car park for all staff and visitors, a large playing field, a garden area and a forest area to maximise the children’s learning experiences.
