Fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll senior or supervisor to join this prestigious multi-site firm of accountants based on the East Kent coast as their new Payroll Manager.
This is a very 'hands-on’ doing opportunity and you will be servicing a client base of circa 130 clients.
Key duties to include:
- On-boarding new clients
- Entering clients on to the system and running the payroll
- Supervise, lead and develop a small payroll team
- Act as the point of contact for any payroll queries
- Review, monitor and implement new processes to better the department.
- Ensuring service levels are met whilst maintaining strong relationships and an accurate payroll function.
- Ensuring Payroll Compliance.
- Balancing the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
What about you?
- 3 years+ experience working within a Practice payroll department
- CIPP studier or qualified
- Experience of managing people
- Polished and advanced communication skills.
