Role: Cleaning Manager
Start day: ASAP
Time of Work: 5 days out of 7, 40 hours a week, anytime from 7am to 7pm
To manage a team of 12 cleaners
Contract: Temp to perm
Salary: 42K per year or 20 per hour
We require a Cleaning Manager, someone from ideally an FM background that has experience with day-to-day cleaning management along with experience in the up keep and cleaning of pools.
Below is a short summary of what experience we would require them to have.
1.Schedule cleaning team to ensure all areas are kept safe, clean and hygienic
2.Manage the in-house Laundry service
3.Order materials using the school IT system and ensure delivery across the school
4.Ensure pay roll data is completed and sent to payroll correctly
5.Ensure standards are kept to the agreed level by regular site walk rounds and internal audits
6.Report on efficiencies and shortfalls in best practise
7.Identify and rectify skills shortages and training requirements of team
8.Build relationships with department heads
9.Experience in education cleaning preferred
