Fast Moving Business require a Fleet Co-ordinator

Salary £25-27,000, Monday to Friday only.

My client, a leading retailer, are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join them Within this role you will be part of the facilities team and have a focus on the fleet of HGV vehicles used by the business UK wide. When you are not focusing on fleet you will assist with various facilities duties including assigning relevant contractors to stores and updating ticketing systems.Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handle requests for all vehicles
  • Keep Drivers up to date with ongoing vehicle repairs
  • Ensure MOT and Service reminders are sent out and booked in advance
  • Keep vehicles up to date and well stocked
  • Manage any accidents or vehicle damages
  • Assist with the issuing and replacement of fuel cards
  • Ensure ticketing system is kept up to date.
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Work within set budgets for the department
  • Ensure all facilities and fleet queries are actioned

Essential skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within fleet would be ideal.
  • Strong database and ticketing management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a busy and fast paced role
