Our client is looking for a Retrofit Site Manager to join its busy team, based on projects in Folkestone, Kent.
The ideal invidiual for this position will be able to demostrate experience in managing retrofit projects, with a strong knowledge of the industry standards and regulations.
You willl be able to effectively manage direct reports and subcontractors alike and be the point of contact between site teams and upper managment. You will be a personable individual able to develop relationships with residents and clients.
The Role will include:
Ensuring delivery of retrofit contracts from inception to completion, ensuring requirements and budgets are met, working alongside the project manager.
Preparation of work programmes and overseeing of opertional day to day delivery
Reading and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
Understanding and implementing health and safety, and welfare policies - including undetaking inspections to ensure quality and compliance
Assisting on team meetings to monitor and improve on performance and operational delivery.

First Aid Ticket
Desirable/Beneficial
Retrofit Coordinator/Retrofit assesor qualification
Experience delivering retrofit work programmes
Experience with project/technical management of M&E systems/Heat networks
