JOB TITLE: HR Administrator

LOCATION: Dover | Hybrid working (up to 4 days WFH)

SALARY: £13ph to £14ph

TERM: ongoing Temporary/Temp to Perm

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 35hrs a week (flexible hours)

START: Immediately

Office Angels are proud to be working with this large expanding client based in Dover, Kent. The offices are based close to the town centre within easy reach of local Bus and Train stations. This client offers such a supportive working environment with flexible hours and the option to work from home up to 4 days a week - perfect to help juggle that work/life balance.

This is a temporary role starting immediately, however this could become a permanent position for the right candidate. Ideally we are looking for candidates with HR or Recruitment experience, however strong Administrators will also be considered.

The day to day duties in your new job could be:

  • Managing the recruitment life cycle end to end for all live vacancies
  • Advertising jobs
  • Writing job specifications
  • Monitoring job applications and shortlisting candidates
  • Arranging assessment days and assisting candidates on the day
  • Issuing reference requests
  • Organising the onboarding of all new starters
  • Conducting Right to Work checks in line with UK Government Guidelines
  • Issuing employment contracts and letters of employment
  • Managing employee files and records
  • Supporting the HR and Payroll team in taking messages, responding to emails
  • Managing and updating sickness records
  • Any other HR duties as required
