Day-to-day of the role:- Manage and oversee daily administrative and accounting processes.
- Coordinate logistics and related activities to ensure efficient operation.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Maintain financial records and assist in the preparation of reports.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders or making adjustments as necessary.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure compliance with financial procedures.
- Perform data entry and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense management.
- Proven experience in office administration and handling multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Sage 50.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment is preferred but not essential.
