A manufacturing company is seeking an Accounts Assistant/Administrator with strong office administration skills and a keen eye for detail. This role involves managing multiple processes daily and handling logistics-related tasks, offering a dynamic position within the team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and oversee daily administrative and accounting processes.
  • Coordinate logistics and related activities to ensure efficient operation.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
  • Maintain financial records and assist in the preparation of reports.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders or making adjustments as necessary.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure compliance with financial procedures.
  • Perform data entry and ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Assist with budget preparation and expense management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
