Cover Supervisor Needed for an Outstanding Secondary School in Tower Hamlets

Vision Teaching are currently working with an Outstanding Secondary School based in Tower Hamlets who are in need of Cover Supervisors to join their team starting from February onwards.

The Role:

  • Supervising students during teacher absences.
  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students engage in their learning.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and upholding school policies.
  • Providing support to students as needed, answering questions, and offering guidance.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure the smooth running of lessons.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with young people is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for working in an educational environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different school settings.
