About the Role:As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching a range of science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) to students of varying ages and abilities. You will be expected to plan engaging lessons, assess student progress, and help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
• Set and mark homework, assessments, and exams
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the academic and personal development of students

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in Science (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics)
• Passion for teaching and inspiring students
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting (preferred but not essential)
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
