Our client is a successful logistics company based in Dover. They are a global company specialising in fast and efficient logistics solutions across a wide range of industries. They are now looking to acquire the services of a Site Officer, working 12-hour shifts, 4on/4off, days and nights. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a similar role, but not essential.Key Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV footage, site patrols, all entrance & exit barriers and keeping accurate records of all vehicles entering and leaving site.
Manage customers/clients as and when required.
Ensure vehicles are parking effectively to ensure maximum utilisation of the truck park.
Maintain a safe working environment for all customers, visitors and staff members.
Process customer payments and update the CRM accordingly.
Be the first point of contact for al customers/visitors to site in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when necessary.

Key Skills & Experience:

Previous site-officer/security guard experience, desirable.
Ability to communicate politely and effectively with a variety of people internally and externally.
Good IT skills and confident using any computer equipment.
Analytical and logical problem-solving.
Excellent attention to detail.
