This role combines operational management with commercial development, offering an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding their transport department. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee maritime and international road transport operations, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
Identify and acquire new clients, growing customer base.
Manage the full transport dossier process from planning to execution.
Develop and expand the transport department, focusing on maritime and road transport services.
Work independently to drive operational success and commercial growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in maritime transport and commercial logistics.
Proven ability to generate new business and build strong client relationships.
Experience in setting up and managing a transport department is a plus.
Fluent in English (Italian language skills are a plus).
