Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in the classroom.

  • Support students with personal care needs, if required.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor and report on student progress.
  • Assist with classroom management and organization.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
  • A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable but not essential).
