Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience or interest in working with children with additional needs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- A patient, empathetic approach with a genuine desire to help children thrive
- A proactive attitude and ability to take initiative
