We are in need of a cover supervisor to join us ASAP.

Day to day of the role:

  • Cover and deliver a variety of lessons across the school
  • Create a motivating and safe learning environment for all students.
  • Engage pupils in learning and support children with special educational needs to make the best progress.
  • Utilise strong behaviour management skills to maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the curriculum, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Up-to-date subject knowledge and experience working with SEN
  • High level of emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Flexible approach to work and an ability to embrace change.
  • Experience in planning and delivering high-quality lessons.
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to engage students and understand how to support children with special educational needs to make the best progress.
