- Maintain and update the CRM system with suppliers notes and their performance metrics.
- Able to conduct supplier assessments and evaluations ensuing they are adhering to the company’s standards.
- Assist with the onboarding processes for new suppliers, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Liaise with suppliers to address any non-conformances, such as discrepancies or areas that could be improved.
- Keep track of supplier’s performances, through regular reviews.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships to foster collaboration and mutual benefits.
- Identify any potential risks.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal departments and the suppliers.
- Must be French of Italian Speaking.
- Strong problem solving, organisation, and planning skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally, with suppliers/customers.
- Experience using Microsoft Applications; Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Have a great telephone manner.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to multi-task handling own workload, whilst supporting other departments.
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
- Occasional travel to supplier sites, when required.
