About the role
To act as a company's first point of contact, assisting with queries face-to-face, over the phone and via email; ensuring the environment is safe, warm and conducive to working and learning, securing the building at the end of the day.

Experience/Skills
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience in using Microsoft Outlook.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Awareness of Data Protection and confidentiality issues.
