JGA are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join this leading business and working within their business, national business.
  
This is a fully officed based role, working out of their Somerset hub.
  
You’ll be responsible for:
  • Work with hub managers and employees and support with HR cases.
  • ER case management, including working with Unions.
  • Keep HR systems and records up to date.
  • Coach management with HR policies and L&D.
What You’ll Need:
  • Experience in working with Unions.
  • Experience in a similar role and knowledge of HR legislation.
  • Be a great communicator and be willing to engage with all staff.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
