- Lead and develop the finance team, driving financial reporting, systems, processes, and controls.
- Produce accurate monthly management accounts with clear performance commentary and budgeting insights.
- Conduct detailed margin analysis, focusing on project profitability and performance against budgeted costs.
- Provide weekly forecasts on key metrics to support strategic financial goals.
- Oversee transactional processing, financial controls, VAT, payroll, tax compliance, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage annual budgets, year-end accounts, and statutory audits.
- Drive process improvement and efficiency to support business growth.
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience in margin analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) with strong communication skills.
- Experience managing compliance, audits, and advisory relationships.
- Proactive, systematic, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
