Project Support Manager

The successful candidate will manage an administrative team, support project delivery, and work closely with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the administrative team, including appraisals, training, and development.
- Identify gaps in the supply chain, source new suppliers and subcontractors, and negotiate contracts.
- Gather feedback from clients on past projects and future requirements to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Attend stakeholder meetings to communicate expectations, key dates, contracts, and commercial details effectively.
- Develop tender-stage project programmes, monitor critical paths, and oversee project lifecycle schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in private networks or the renewable energy sector.
- In-depth knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
- Strong organizational and project planning abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing and improving processes to enhance project delivery efficiency.
