Berry Recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented Service Co-Ordinator. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations within the service department, delivering excellent customer service and support to engineers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
- Prepare and issue accurate service quotes, following up with customers as needed.
- Handle customer enquiries, resolving any issues.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure they have necessary resources and information.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including service records, quotes, and invoices.
- Provide general admin support, including tracking orders and filing paperwork.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience in service coordination, customer service, or administration.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Prior experience in a HVAC or a heating/insulation environment is preferred but not essential.
Additional Information:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Up to 30,000 per annum dependent on experience.
