Assistant Site Manager

Assistant Site Manager with house building experience, Immediately required in Downham Market.

RCM Ltd are working with a Privately Owned Residential Developer who are looking to recruit for an Assistant Site Managerto join their site team in Downham Market on a new build residential project. You shall be working directly with the Construction Manager and Project Manager.

As the Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Site Manager and Project Manager
• Managing direct staff and specialist subcontractors on site.
• Overlooking the installations completed and ensuring that work is carried out to specification.
• Ensuring that H&S is met and adhered to.
• Assisting the management of the project through to completion.

The Assistant Site Manager, will have:

• Previous experience managing the delivery of housing projects (5 years)
• SMSTS
• NVQ Level 3-4 BTEC diploma in Building Construction or an equivalent qualification
