They are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager at a busy new build development in Downham Market, Norfolk.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the house building industry and knowledge of NHBC and health and safety legislation.
Required qualifications include a current CSCS, SMSTS, and first aid certification, along with relevant experience.
The competitive salary is complemented by a benefits package that includes a company car or car allowance, contributory pension, life cover, healthcare, and a 20% bonus.

We are on the lookout for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to join the Construction team.The purpose of the role is to assist the Site Manager with the management of the construction site. This being a busy new build development in Downham Market, Norfolk with future developments in Cambridgeshire area.

Ideally you will have experience within the house building industry and an understanding of the NHBC., H&S legislation. Current CSCS, SMSTS and first aid.
