Rates from - 15 + 16 per hour
Full time role
We're looking for a hardworking individual with a good eye for detail. These roles involve drilling, tapping, countersinking, de-burring, saw cutting and for the right candidate can lead to brake press work and fabrication.
Brake press experience would be advantageous!
Responsibilities:
Perform the operations such as tapping, countersinking, grinding etc. as required from the details on the drawing.
Assess your own work and query anything you are unsure on to maintain the highest standards.
Tidy up after yourself to maintain a clean and efficient working environment.
Desirable:
Experienced with grinders and belt sanders.
Experienced with pillar, power and radial drills for drilling/tapping/countersinking.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent attitude towards work quality/standards.
Hard-working and trustworthy.
Knowledge of stainless steel specific work is desirable but not essential.
