Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced and energetic Operations Administrator to join a leading Logistics company based in Downton. This is a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities as an Operations Administrator:
- Arrange collection and delivery of freight within the UK
- Provide operational support to the pallet network
- Provide proof of delivery upon customers requests
- Create consignments using traffic management system
- Provide excellent telephone support to customers
- Liaising with sub-contractors
- Building key business relationships
Requirements for this Position:
- Experience within a logistics background is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident IT user
- Proven customer service and administrative experience
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
The Role:
- Working for a leading business based near Downton
- Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 17.30
- 26,800 - 27,500 depending on experience
