I am working on an amazing opportunity for an HSE Advisor to join one of our exciting manufacturing clients who are based in Ayrshire. With various manufacturing processes and compliance requirements onsite, there will be ample learning opportunities and exciting challenges.

If you are an HSE Advisor or Senior HSE Advisor and you are looking for a new role, I would like to hear from you. We are ideally looking for someone who has built up strong experience in an HSE advisory role, within manufacturing sites.

The role:

  • Support management to ensure HSE policies and systems are understood and followed.
  • Carry out day-to-day duties of HSE and provide technical support as required.
  • Assist with risk assessments, conduct H&S audits and inspections.
  • Maintain relevant logs and documentation.
  • Report unsafe acts and conditions.

About you:

  • Would suit a degree qualified candidate with relevant experience or NEBOSH Certified with relevant health and safety experience.
  • Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Root cause analysis, problem solving and investigation experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
