The Role:
Supporting the Finance Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing business cases for new projects and investments, underpinned by robust financial modelling and risk analysis.
- Streamlining financial processes and improving data quality to enhance decision-making.
- Managing and optimising Excel-based data systems.
- Delivering in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and identifying performance trends.
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Contributing to ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- You’ll be newly qualified or actively studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP and reporting systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data clearly.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the confidence to engage with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Ambition, drive, and a desire to progress within a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
