Role and Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation: As a Senior estimator for Reds10 you will prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for modular construction projects, ensuring all aspects of the project are considered.

Tender Management: You will also lead the preparation and submission of tenders, including the analysis of tender documents, specifications, and drawings.

Risk Analysis: As a Senior Estimator for Reds10 you will conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with project costs.

Vendor Liaison: You will collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive prices and ensure the accuracy of cost estimates.

Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering without compromising on quality or project requirements is also a big part of your role as Senior Estimator at Reds10.

Team Leadership: Lastly you will mentor and support junior estimators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
