We are currently seeking a Mechanical Contract Manager for an exciting opportunity in East Yorkshire.

Join a leading Building Services contractor and take the helm of commercial, healthcare, and educational modular projects. You'll be at the forefront, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities & Activities:

- Oversee and report on all contractual and commercial aspects of projects.

- Plan and coordinate engineering resources and site management needs.

- Develop procurement schedules, drawing schedules, and financial and labour forecasts.

- Attend site meetings to ensure smooth project progress.

- Plan, organise, and monitor contract execution.

- Supervise all mechanical building services.

- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients.

- Provide technical support and guidance to the team.

- Manage variation costing and control with clients and Quantity Surveyors.
