Role: Pre-construction Coordinator
Location: Brandesburton

Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 DOE + Package
Are you ready to bring your construction knowledge and project coordination skills to a dynamic team where your contributions drive success?
I am working closely with a leading modular contractor who are on the lookout for a pre-construction coordinator to join the team. You'll be reporting into the Head of Pre-construction and working closely with the commercial manager to support the pre-construction, sales and wider teams whilst also being client facing yourself.
This is an exciting role where you'll be working on a variety of projects across the education, healthcare and wider commercial sectors. You'll be an instrumental part of the team helping to win tenders and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal handover meetings and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Identify and mitigate risks in financial, design, production, and contractual aspects.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
- Review tender documents, manage subcontractor quotations, and liaise with design and sales teams.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of construction documents, terminology, and Building Regulations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Preferably experienced in Design and Build, Modular, or Main Contracting roles.
