This role is 9am to 5.30pm Monday through Friday
Your duties will include:
- Communication:handling incoming emails and chats through the dedicated customer service portal.
- Order Management:processing sales orders, issuing order confirmations, and handling quotations and queries.
- Customer Support:addressing delivery queries, resolving complaints, and managing returns and collections.
- Documentation:updating customer price lists, processing proof of delivery requests, and filing paperwork.
