Finance Business Partner

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join an expanding business near Hull

They are on a growth journey, have recently implemented a new ERP system and looking to build on their controls and analysis to enable to double their turnover in the next 3 years

Reporting to the Finance Director you will provide commercial financial insights and support to enable better decision making and forecasting.  This is a pivotal role and is crucial to aid the business to maintain their growth strategy whilst maximizing profitability.

• Take a lead role in all FP&A activities, providing support and challenge to budget holders and highlighting risks and opportunities
• Dedicated business partner to SLT, building relationships with managers and their teams
• Provide effective commercial support to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are achieved
• Calculate return on advertising spend to maximise sales and profitability
• Produce reporting at regular intervals – weekly/monthly - to demonstrate performance and variances.
• Pricing - benchmarking against competition
• Monthly forecast for inclusion into reforecast and variance to annual budget

You will be;

• Part Qualified/Qualified Accountant
• Advanced excel skills 
• Experience in a Finance Business Partner role
