FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Working in partnership with a leading manufacturer and supplier of quality meat products, we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Food Production Operative to work in the Driffield area. This is an ongoing position that could go perm after 12 weeks with a pay rate of (11.44/hr)

Shift pattern / Working hours

You can chose your own shifts!!

All shifts must start at 6am however you can chose to work 8, 10 or 12 hours per day and you can also chose which days to work whether that be 3, 4 or 5 days.

The Food Production Operative role is an ongoing role that may lead to a permanent job. This will commence with immediate effect.

Job description

As a Food Production Operative you will be responsible for the production and packing of various meat products. Day to day you will be expected to;

Work in a chilled packing environment

Break down meat products and feed them through various types of machines for shredding, packing and cooking

Portion meat onto trays and load onto racks

Work with raw foods

. Carry out some heavy lifting

The successful candidate:

To be considered for the position of Food Production Operative you must;

• Have Food Production experience
• Have own transport, due to location
• Be comfortable working in a chilled environment
