Ashley Kate HR & Finance are pleased to be supporting a well-known business in the Driffield area as they look to recruit for a Commercial Controller to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular client account reviews.
• Update project management systems with financial data.
• Prepare project reports and payment applications, including sub-contract approvals.
• Reconcile final accounts within two months of project completion.
• Issue payment certificates.

Communication:

• Coordinate with managers and clients to review progress and resolve issues.
• Attend site visits.

Financial Oversight:

• Manage the financial aspects of up to 60 projects.
• Handle applications, certifications, variations, and cash collection.
• Authorize purchase orders and approve subcontractor payments.

Additional Duties:

• Review project pricing and contracts.
• Perform retention recovery, cash flow analysis, and ad hoc tasks.
