Sonic Summary

My client based in the Driffield area is seeking 10 Semi Skilled Joiners for ongoing work until January 2026.
The role involves measuring and cutting timber, using various joinery tools, and reading construction drawings.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of semi-skilled joinery experience, with NVQ level 1 or 2 preferred.
The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

The main duties will be:

Measuring and cutting timber
Using various joinery tools
Reading joinery construction drawings
Erecting timber walls
Marking up timber walls
Plaster Boarding
Keeping workplace hazard free
1st joinery duties
Semi Skilled Joinery practices
Sheeting
Basic Floor Laying and Roofing
General labouring duties

Qualifications/Experience:

Minimum 1 year semi-skilled joinery experience
Ideally NVQ level 1 or and 2 in Joinery and Carpentry
Strong Attention to Detail
The ability to work under pressure.
Can work as part of a team.
Can work if needed alone and unsupervised.
Ideally Modular Construction Experience
Punctual, Reliable and a Hard Worker
