We support adults in various settings such as residential, Nursing, and clinical facilities with daily tasks such as personal cares, companionship, and other complex needs. The successful candidate will have:
路The ability to lead and direct a team of carers on shift

路A minimum of 6 months UK care experience as a senior
路The right to work in the UK
路Commitment to providing high-quality care and support.

路Provide a supportive and structured environment that promotes positive change.
路A sense of humour and the ability to bring a smile to the service users face!

The Key Responsibilities of the job role:
路Administering medication
路Leading a shift
路Directing a team of staff with the daily routine
路Provide one-to-one support and supervision to individuals.
路Aid all services users in need of assistance
路Promoting independence to residents with day-to-day decisions (clothing, bathing etc)
路Work collaboratively with other staff members and professionals.
路Maintain accurate records and documentation of interventions and outcomes
路Provide emotional support and practical assistance to individuals to help them achieve their goals and aspirations
路Work closely in a holistic approach to care
路Attending social outings when required - cinema, appointments etc
