2nd Line IT Support - Brandesburton - 30,000
Principal IT are working exclusively with a company based in Brandesburton. Our client pride themselves on been are proper people based business. They are currently on the lookout for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. This business has seen rapid growth through recent months and the IT team is going from strength to strength.
To be successful in this role they are looking for someone who has worked in IT for over 3 years. During this time they would like you to have experience providing 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to customers whilst showing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify customer issues
- Completing builds of laptops, mobile phones and iPads
- Triaging new and old customer issues
- Taking ownership of customer issues
- To be proactive and observant with any potential security risks
- To contribute and manage strategic projects as identified by the Service Desk Manager
Essential Skills:
- Great knowledge of SLA
- Good working knowledge of MS Windows - Ideally workplace specific
- Understanding of Windows Server, MS Exchange and AD (Users and Computers)
- Experience of Mobile Device and Application Management across Microsoft, Apple & Android Platforms
Desirable Skills:
- ITIL Foundation Certified
- Airwatch Mobile Device Management
