An experienced leader with a background in packaging, labels, corrugated manufacturing, or OEM manufacturing is sought for the role of Field Service Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure outstanding service delivery! The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational improvements, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.Role ResponsibilitiesThe Field Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the service function, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and optimising team performance.Key duties include:
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to align with business goals and deliver outstanding service.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and resolving technical challenges.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, boost performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analysing operational data and customer feedback to provide valuable insights to senior leadership.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of technical processes to ensure high-quality service delivery and support to customers.
The ideal candidate will have
  • Proven experience in Service Management or Aftersales within packaging, labels, corrugated manufacturing, or OEM manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence in upselling services where beneficial to customers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry machinery, processes, and best practices.
