Sonic Summary

Labourers are required for a position in Driffield, where driving is necessary due to the location.
The pay is £11.55 per hour, with overtime available after 39 hours worked.
The role involves assisting various Modular trades in a production area, including tasks like measuring, cutting timber, and using hand and power tools.
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of construction labouring experience and ideally possess an NVQ level 1 in construction practice or equivalent.
Applicants must be punctual, reliable, and capable of working both in a team and independently.

Location: Driffield / Must drive due to location.

PAYE: £ 11.55 per hour, overtime after 39 hours.

About the role

You will be assisting all Modular trades with various duties within a Modular production area.

The main duties will be:

Measuring and cutting timber
Using various joinery hand and power tools
Assist with loading and unloading of construction materials
Help other trades complete all aspects of Modular joinery tasks
Basic painting
Clean and maintain a safe working area
Perform physical labour duties

Qualifications/and or Experience

Minimum 1 year construction labouring experience
Ideally NVQ level 1 in construction practice or equivalent
Strong Attention to Detail
The ability to work under pressure.
Can work as part of a team.
Can work if needed alone and unsupervised.
Ideally Modular Construction Experience
Punctual, Reliable and a Hard Worker
Be able to commute to Driffield area
