Tradewind is currently in search of a dynamic and committed individual to assume the role of Behaviour Teaching Assistant at a school in Driffield area. This exciting opportunity involves providing vital support to a student who requires 1:1 support. Pay for this role is between £85-£100 per day. The school require someone on a full time basis.

Responsibilities for the role of Behaviour Teaching Assistant in Driffield:

  • Act as a point of contact the student offering guidance and support
  • Conduct individual sessions with student to address both academic and personal needs
  • Collaborate with academic staff to identify and address the specific needs of individual student
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs focusing on pastoral care
  • Cultivate a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a role related to student wellbeing or support
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to forge positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Understanding of mechanisms supporting academic progress
  • Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the college environment.
