Our client is one of the largest manufacturing businesses in the East Yorkshire region looking to appoint a Junior Quantity Surveyor who can develop within the organisation. Our client supplying to a range of industries across the UK from Healthcare to Construction are looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor who will assist the commercial team with cost management, procurement, and project delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and progress within a leading construction company committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the preparation of bills of quantities and valuations.

• Assist with the assessment and certification of subcontractor payments.

• Work closely with the site and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting purposes.

• Support senior team members with cost control and financial reporting.

• Assist in preparing and reviewing cost estimates, tenders, and budgets.

• Support the procurement process, including obtaining quotes and negotiating with suppliers.

• Monitor project costs and ensure budget adherence.
